WELCOME TO GIFTPOINT

Giftpoint’s two original and existing founders have worked in the promotions and branded gifts sector for more than 34 years and met long before social media’s big explosion.

Their paths crossed while working on separate continents at two competing companies and the rest, as they say, is history. With no LinkedIn or Facebook to speak of they set about realising their dreams of creating ‘the best branded merchandise and promotional products company on the planet’ on different time zones and largely on snail mail and super-sized mobile phones.

Still very much at the helm of the operation, and now in the same office, Helen and Ross steer an energetic and passionate team of more than 90 across 3 offices to deliver excellence in marketing merchandise, luxury gift incentives and promotional products!

Our business has expanded to offer fully-managed corporate programmes and web stores of distinction with an on-site pick-and-pack warehouse and dedicated distribution and logistics team.

What sets Giftpoint apart from the others is our agency-like structure and the ability to manage practically every element of a project brief via our many internal teams. A skilled in-house art and design studio is fully equipped to deliver mood board inspiration and pre-production artwork mock-ups. We also have a small in-house print facility for personalisation, short run print jobs and logo printing.

Our experienced and forward-thinking account managers and directors are here to make every project as smooth and seamless as possible right through from initial brief, pre-production sample and shipping to final delivery. Oh, and our only mode is brilliance!

Helen Westmoreland

A late adopter of yoga with a passion for politics and people-watching I’m one of the original co-founder’s of Giftpoint. I love entertaining, my family and shiny, blemish-free worktops in equal measure!

Ross Thompson

One half of the founding duo – With a love of great design and innovation & more air miles than Sir Richard Branson

General Manager and also a fully qualified member of the Giftpoint ‘lifers’ I’m a devoted foodie and adore travel. I’m happiest exploring the world with my family and enjoying local delicacies and culture.

Sophy Smith

Twenty years experience in promotional merchandise, unrivalled knowledge and oodles of drive, I thrive on developing stellar client partnerships. Outside of that I’ve cycled from London to Brighton twice and can bake a mean cake!

Vivian Li

The seemingly reserved and retiring type on the exterior but a fun-loving cyclist and demon badminton player on the quiet. Compassionate but competitive with a keen eye for a balance sheet.

Scott Westmoreland

Born in Liverpool, Raised at Giftpoint! I head up logistics but if injury hadn’t blighted my footie career I’d be wowing the world with my back heels and bicycle kicks.

Priya Sandhu

Obsessive beauty junkie with a museum-worthy collection of mascaras and impressive skill for creating exceptional products. Devoted mum of two busy boys, professional socialiser and Scrabble geek extraordinaire.

Full of fun with an astute mind and a contagious cackle I’m a master of all things premium. I’m a people lover with an infectious personality and can network for NATO!

A fully-fledged member of the long-serving Giftpoint crew I’m a positive pro at holidaying and love family time with my two beautiful boys and socialising. I’m also a dab hand at major DIY projects!

Master of admin and happy herder of the Giftpoint tribe! With 15 years under my belt I’m practically a ‘lifer’. This may explain the other major love in my life – gin, and my husband and son of course!

Giftpoint’s multi-skilled keeper of order, sanity and peace . My less grounded alter-ego enjoys sky diving and bungee jumping off bridges. A love of the Caribbean, plus rock, Indie and EDM completes my diverse personality.

Self-confessed Rockstar, boxer, footballer, gym and film fanatic. How I fit in my wife of 21 years and three children is a miracle. I’m lead singer and frontman of Absent Heroes and Captain for Byfleet Town FC. The love of my life is my French bulldog, Arnold, named after my hero Schwarzenegger.

I’ve been in the industry since the 1990’s and am still in a big believer in face-to-face communications and getting to know the client IRL.

Outside of work I’m restoring my 58-foot yacht ready for my life’s dream – an around-the-world voyage.
