Thank you for all of your help with everything this year – I feel like I’ve roped you in to every single one of my events! You have really helped make my first year with the team so much easier and I really appreciate all of the support and help you provide me and the team! It is also really lovely to always have a kind voice on the end of the phone who is willing to help whatever the situation – very rare to have these days!
